Refund Policy

First, to be clear: self-hosting is free, so there is nothing to refund. This page is entirely about the cloud subscription.

How to request one
- To stop renewal — cancel on the plan screen in the app. You keep everything until the paid period ends. We don't ask why, and we don't add steps.
- To get a refund — email thbeem94@gmail.com with the address you paid with, or use the payment provider's support link on your receipt email. Either works.
Payments are processed by the payment provider as the merchant of record, and refunds travel back the same way, to the payment method you used. The Operator never stores card details, so there is no other way to pay a refund out.
When you get it
Requests are processed within 3 business days. It can take a few more days to appear on your statement, depending on the provider and your card issuer. Refunds are in the currency you paid, and any tax charged is returned with it.
Where the law is broader, the law wins
The baseline above follows the withdrawal right in Article 17 of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If the law where you live grants broader rights (for example the EU consumer 14-day withdrawal), that law prevails.
